HELPFUL GUIDELINES FOR PRINT MOUNTING AND DISPLAY
Thickness on all images must not exceed 3/16 of an inch. Digital Mats are preferred for handling purposes. Overlay mats are acceptable if the total thickness of the image, with the mat, is no more than 3/16”. Overlay mats must be attached on all 4 corners.
Prints must be attached to a solid photographic mount board or foam core. No Masonite, corrugated cardboard or thin poster board. No metal or wood frames. NO GLASS!
Exhibitors should be aware that double faced tape, or a thin layer of spray glue will not hold up in high heat and humidity. Entries which fall apart before or during judging will be disqualified from judging and will NOT be displayed in the exhibition.
Entry tags must be placed on the back upper left-hand corner of the entry. Placement of the tag determines the orientation of the print for judging and display. Image title should be written on back/top of the image. No Names, Titles or Watermarks are allowed on the front of the image.
Entries which do not meet these standards will be disqualified from judging and will NOT be displayed in the exhibition.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ENTRIES
The total number of entries allowed for any one entrant is THREE (3). This applies to any category regardless amateur or professional. One additional entry is allowed for each of the "Theme" categories. And one additional entry (for Professional Photographers ONLY) is allowed in the Album category.
Any entries beyond this number will not be accepted for judging and will not be displayed in the exhibition.
