A Presentation and discussion of the works with one of Indianapolis's Unique Photographers

Eric Schoch is a lens-based visual artist exploring shapes, line, color and tone in images from the city, the wilderness and the studio, presented in various levels of abstraction. Much of Schoch’s work is produced via composites, multiple exposures, intentional camera movement and lens filters, using digital darkroom techniques, resulting in images meant to please, surprise, and suggest reconsideration of their content.
Eric worked nearly 25 years as a journalist, including 20 years as a reporter and editor at The Indianapolis Star. He worked 17 years in the communications office of the Indiana University School of Medicine, producing written and video reports on the school’s scientific research activities.
